Harvey founded Braddock Holdings Company in 2006 and founded Braddock Financial, LLC, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor, in 1994.
Harvey has participated in the Asset Backed Securities ("ABS") markets since 1981, beginning his career at investment banks before moving to the investor side in 1993. In 1994 he founded Braddock Financial, which managed portfolios investing in ABS and other securitized products in a variety of investment vehicles until its sale in 2022.
Prior to founding Braddock, Harvey established the Mortgage Trading department at Nomura Securities Intl. in New York.
Harvey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in cellular biology from the University of Michigan.
Ken brings over 30 years of experience in investment analysis, capital formation, financial modeling, industry analysis, financial planning and analysis, business plan development, the due diligence process, and transaction structuring and execution. He has served as a Managing Director of Braddock Holdings Company since 2006 and served as Chief Compliance Officer of Braddock Financial from 2012 through its sale in 2022.
Prior to joining Braddock, Ken served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for Corporate Express, Principal at AGL Capital, Director of Operations Planning for Sappi Fine Paper, N.A., Senior Associate at Booz Allen& Hamilton, Consultant at Ernst & Young, and Corporate Finance Analyst at Salomon Brothers Inc.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University, an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Northwestern.
Vaughn brings over 10 years of experience in financial accounting and regulatory reporting across private and public companies. With a combination of technical expertise and operational excellence across multiple industries, Vaughn delivers comprehensive financial leadership that drives clarity, compliance, and strategic insight for his clients.
A Colorado native, Vaughn began his career as an auditor with EKS&H, now Plante Moran. Managing upwards of 25 audit clients each year, Vaughn obtained valuable experience in a wide range of industries including mining, manufacturing, construction, real estate, and professional services.
Prior to joining Braddock Holdings Company, Vaughn also held positions with Gevo, Inc. and Frontier Airlines, where he was responsible for SEC, federal, and local reporting requirements; preparing consolidated & standalone financial statements for external and internal parties; and preparing technical memos for complex acquisitions, transactions, and contracts. As Assistant Controller, he oversaw the monthly financial close process, the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, and periodic reporting packages to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Vaughn earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Denver and is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado.
