Industry concentration:
BHC primarily invests in companies related to or providing services to the financial services industry, and is primarily interested in situations in which it can add value by helping to define and/or drive a portfolio company's growth strategy through its extensive knowledge of and relationships in the industry.
Company stage:
BHC is comfortable providing start-up financing, growth capital, or funding buyouts and restructurings.
Investment Structure:
BHC has the ability to be flexible with regards to the structure of our investment and the resulting capital structure of our portfolio companies. While we prefer to invest capital in the form of common or preferred equity, we are also open to providing capital in other forms when appropriate.
